What did you learn in school today?

We usually ask them what their favourite part of the day was...for some reason that day, I asked Jack what he learned at school. He didn't answer me right away, so I forgot all about it. A while later I heard peals of laughter from the bathtub, which is usually when I grab my camera.

Here's what I found...

 "Here Jimmy...I'll teach you what I learned at school today."

 

 "No, no...you have to put this finger up like this."

 

 "The other ones have to go down like that..."

 

 "Here. I'll hold them down for you."

 

 You gotta love the concentration...tongue out...

not even sure what the hell is going on...

the smile of incredible pride on Jack's face...

That's teacher-pride, right there.

 

 Sensing potential danger that he may have just

been led down the wrong path in life...

 

 But not too worried about it...

 

 That moment when he realized he nailed it.

 Good times. Proud, proud moments as a parent...

 

 Peanut had to jump in and join the fun.

Apparently this life lesson also extended to the Kindergarten class.

What happens at recess always finds its way back to the bathtub.

 

I may get this image made into wall paper for their playroom...
