Congrats Regina, for holding down #1 spot for murder capital of Canada, and all crimes in general, with Saskatoon nipping at your heels in #2. You have this Manitoba girl shaking in her boots. On an unrelated note, a gentleman in Manitoba was charged yesterday with a DUI for driving his lawnmower to the liquor store. I wonder if he was holding a raccoon on his lap when he got pulled over...my mind will not rest. They're likely up in arms that Winnipeg lost it's spot at the top, so are trying any means possible to up their badness. Incidentally, without confirming, there is a ridiculously high chance that said gentleman is related to me.
